Eliza was born in February which is in the dead of winter here in Minnesota. The day she came home from the hospital it was –6 degrees F outside but felt like –23 degrees according to the weatherman. Eliza didn’t go outside very often. We had a fleece cover for her carseat for the seconds she spent outside going to and from the car. So when it “warmed” up we were excited to take Eliza outside. I think it was 50 degrees or so but it felt SO warm! We just walked around our neighborhood. Unfortunately the “nice” weather didn’t last…
