Mason & Eliza

Mason is the son of our good friends Thomas & Kristin Rose. He is 12 months old here.  Eliza doesn’t know how to play with others yet but I anticipate they will be good friends in due time. This picture could be in their wedding slide show one day…

Trying to get a good picture of one child is difficult enough but trying to get a good picture of 2 kiddoes is near impossible. It took 12 shots to get one that wasn’t bad.

28 Days

Eliza makes the most serious face. My sister Nikki calls it the “pause button” when she gets the wrinkles between her brows. Oh how I wish I could read minds. What is this girl thinking? Have I mentioned how much I love her? It’s crazy.0077-Eliza0075-Eliza0073-Eliza0069-Eliza0065-Eliza0081-Eliza

Eliza–22 Days

I love Eliza’s hair after a bath. It turns into a ball of soft, fluffy fuzz! It is so funny and out of control. I love her expressions and lack of arm control!

Sisters

My sister came to visit Eliza at the end of February. It was so much fun having her visit us. Usually she stays with my mom but this time she stayed with us! We went to my favorite sushi restaurant which I had been craving the ENTIRE pregnancy and it was amazing! Thank you Nikki for coming!

I wanted to get a picture of all the girls but didn’t think of this until later so here we are in our pajamas and not ready…

Eliza–18 Days

John’s mom sent us a few hats she made for Eliza so we grabbed a few pictures to document.  Eliza’s personality was starting to shine through. Enjoy the many faces of Eliza as described by John:

15 Days

Just a couple random pictures.

She would sometimes end up in the cutest poses. Even though these aren’t “real” smiles, I love them. Gassy smile or not, I’ll take it!

Zoe is definitely not interested in Eliza. She is ready for Eliza to go away so her life can return back to normal and she can be the center of attention once again. I look forward to the time when they will play together.0022-untitled shoot

Bath Time–14 Days

Eliza loves bath time. Before the cord fell off we did sponge baths in the sink and she didn’t love them. My mom mentioned she used to take baths with us when we were babies and so we tried this with Eliza and she loves it, plus it is so much easier!
